In the original working position, the pressure plates of the hot press are fully open, while the top layer of the plate loader is on the level of the slab conveyor. When the slab is sent to the loader on the conveyor belt, the loader goes up one level, so each level goes up one level. When each layer is loaded with plates, the loader (or other device) will feed the blanks together into the hot press.
Then, the cylinder of the hot press closes the hot press plate by moving down and hot presses the slab. During hot pressing, the loader quickly descends to the height of the top layer and slab conveyor and continues to load the slab. After the hot press is finished, the hot press will be opened and the plate loader will be in place. The loader (or other device) sends the slab again into the hot press while pushing the pressed plate out of the hot press, and then sends it to the unloader (or pulls the hot press using a special method on the unloader).
The plate is removed from the hot press. Turn off the hot press again, quickly lower the plate loader, and then move the plate unloader to the next layer to unload the pressed plate. This repetitive action forms a continuous automated production.
